Qualified workforce is an issue. How do successful companies act to make their Human Capital grow? This is the content of the Hu-Ca-Thon, where HR experts discuss and exchange about methods and strategies.

The first workshop took place on May 23rd at the Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje Training center with the focus on HR Sourcing: How to bring the right candidate to the recruiter’s desk?

This workshop will be followed by three more on benefits, retention and professional Education. The final report will be available at the International HR Conference on October 3rd.

Direct approach takes a much more important role today than a few years ago as one of the most efficient tool to find qualified workforce.

First insides on sourcing show that the demographic changes and digitalization have changed the market. Direct approaches are easier and gained in importance. Candidates are more informed and target attractive employers. Blue collar employees need a differentiated approach, from hiring events to targeted advertising. Lowering the barrier to approach the recruiters and receive fast responses are key advantages. The role of HR professionals has changed, from administrating to developing Human Capital.
