Candidates are more informed and target attractive employers. Blue collar employees need a differentiated approach, from hiring events to targeted advertising. Lowering the barrier to approach the recruiters and receive fast responses are key advantages. The role of HR professionals has changed, from administrating to developing Human Capital.
