Thanks to our distinguished guest and key-note speaker, Andrijana Nelkova-Chuchuk, the 2nd edition of our Female Power Exchange was again a great success.

Several motivated women found the way to Intertec.io to listen and learn from one of the most successful women in the country. As Chair of Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), Head of the Economic Department and former Commissioner at the ERC Energy, Water services and waste management services regulatory commission of the Republic of North Macedonia, she gave the audience some very important keys for the way to success:

• Set your Goals before you start and be persistent
• Surround yourself with people who support you and believe in you
• Use Time Management, in your professional as well as your private life
• Don’t waste your time on people who cannot give you the extra value
• Believe in Yourself and in your knowledge.
• Do an Honest self-reflection (am I capable of fulfilling all the tasks?)
• Take a Mentor who encourages and motivates you

We can conclude that the way to success for a woman is far more difficult than for a man. We have to prove ourselves constantly. To achieve this, we must persevere and stick to our goals.

But all this will never be possible without the support of your family and friends, mostly women, who come to the rescue if you need them. And a good management of the husband is key as well!!
