Thilo Beyer from ICUnet Group presented his best experiences with AI tools. The session was designed specifically for SMEs and business support organizations aiming to optimize their global business strategies with AI.

With the internet, the cost to distribute information dropped to close to Zero. With AI, the cost to create information will drop to close to Zero.

Key applications for AI:

  1. Market Research: Identifying new opportunities with AI.
  2. Personalized Business Plan Development: Tailoring AI strategies to support your business direction.
  3. AI-Supported Communication Channels: Enhancing client interactions with AI tools.
  4. AI Tools for Presentation Design: Using AI to create compelling presentations and company profiles.
  5. Closing the Deal: Leveraging AI insights for finalizing successful business transactions.

Situations where AI could be used:

  • “The title of this youtube video sounds very attractive but I don’t have 40 minutes now to watch it”
  • “Which innovation will our customers love the most”?
  • “Who in our team will write the memo protocol of this meeting?”
  • “Who has the time to translate this slide deck?”
  • “How do our clients perceive us in the market?”

Some presented tools:

  • GetVoila.AI – Browser extension. AI Assistant, Copilot and AI Writer, to help you create, write, summarize, brainstorm, and research on any website.
  • Hailuo.AI Video Generator is a tool that lets you generate video scripts from simple text prompts. You can choose from various genres, styles, and effects, and see examples of how to use the tool.
  • Canva.com, a graphic design platform that provides tools for creating social media graphics, presentations, promotional merchandise and websites

Sample prompts

Create good prompts. Say “i am …, i have …, i want …”. the better the prompt, the better the result. Deal with AI like with your children: think about a specific goal, formulate clear with context and examples, evaluate the result and revise.
