Reporting obligations for small companies will be simplified from January 2026 on, announced Finance Minister Jambon. The current regulations cause legal uncertainty and administrative burdens.
The regulation applies to activities for mixed taxpayers, companies that carry out both activities where VAT is due and activities where it is not.
