Mark, what is your favorite Belgian dish? And your favorite Macedonian dish?

I miss mussels and chips, grey shrimp patties as well, a cooked rare steak with fries, a salad and mayonnaise and the sole “meunière” (floured and pan-fried).
These are my favorite Belgian dishes.

On the Macedonian side, the tavce gravce with smoked ribs or smoked lard.
