Our company becomes part of the VDL Bus Group – a newly formed bus group within the Dutch VDL Groep, created through the integration of VDL Bus & Coach and Van Hool. This merger brings new dynamics to the bus sector, combining many years of experience, top technical expertise and a strengthened market presence.
Despite the integration, both brands continue to develop with their distinctive identities, united around a common vision – creating modern, sustainable and efficient mobility.
Production continues in Macedonia
As part of this integrated structure, VDL Bus Macedonia DOOEL remains a significant segment in the development and production of buses. Production activities continue at the factory in TIRZ Skopje 2, where Van Hool brand vehicles continue to be produced.
This ensures continuity of operations, stability for employees and retention of industrial knowledge and expertise in the country, as well as an additional contribution to economic development.
