Katoen Natie will install a large carillon next to the headquarters in Kallo, part of the port of Antwerp.

The instrument will comprise 81 bells, weighing 60 tonnes and hang on top of a fire escape tower. It is intended to become the most complete concert carillon in the world and to serve as a laboratory for research by carillonneurs, composers, and students from home and abroad.

Katoen Natie is an international logistics service provider and port operator, present in 36 countries on five continents. They employ 13 000 people worldwide in seven main business units like petrochemicals, industry and others. They also offer integrated logistics solutions like warehousing, packing and distribution.
