“The largest acquisition of a venture-capital-backed software company in Belgian history”, according to it’s CEO, takes place with the acquisition of TechWolf by software giant SAP.
TechWolf, founded 2018, develops software that uses artificial intelligence to give companies an overview of their employees’ skills, drawing on various data from their business systems.
SAP is the largest European software company.
